1. Event Participation

By registering for Secretaries Day 2025, you agree to abide by all event rules and professional conduct standards. The event is open to professionals and administrative personnel, and all attendees must register in advance.

2. Ticket Purchase & Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless written permission is granted by the event organizers.
  • No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.

3. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Change event dates, times, speakers, and venues
  • Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health or safety concerns)

4. Media & Photography

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform the organisers in writing before the event.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to maintain professional behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Liability

Secretaries Day 2025 organizers shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage during attendance
  • Travel-related expenses or issues
  • Third-party service failures (e.g., vendors or caterers)

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction within South Africa.
